Thanks for stopping by the blog of Jannone Construction and Development.  This site was set up in the hopes that, by sharing the processes of our trade with both our clients and the surrounding community, we may continue to pursue the goal of realizing the full potential of our living spaces.  Via this blog, we hope to foster a genuine feeling of community between ourselves, our clients, and the communities within which we do business.

We take very seriously the impact our work can have in the lives of our clients, and it is our goal to assure that the process itself, as well as the end result is a rewarding one. Our philosophy has always been that a home is much more than the materials that make it up. It is a living environment that is the foundation of our day to day lives. Bearing this in mind, the focus of our craft has always been to bring about improvements to your living space that are assured to stand the test of time. Marc Jannone is a native Californian who has been involved in both real estate and building on the Westside of Los Angeles for over a decade. Through a steady and focused drive to serve his clients with the care they deserve, Marc has enjoyed continued success in both of these competitive industries since earning a degree in Business Administration.  His company, Jannone Construction and Development is a full service general contractor assisting clients in all areas of residential remodeling, working closely with homeowners right through the survey, design, and finally build phases of their projects.  Located in Santa Monica and focusing also on the nearby communities of Bel Air, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and West LA, the company has been renovating homes and completing custom remodel projects with a team of dedicated craftsmen bringing decades of trade experience to the job.
