Marc Jannone – Founder

Involved exclusively with real estate development since graduating from Pepperdine University with a BS in Business, Marc has successfully developed residential projects in California, Nevada, and Louisiana, with project valuations exceeding $100mm over the last 23 years.

Marc has been a guest lecturer at Pepperdine University in the Real Estate Department since 2003 and has mentored several past students throughout their own development careers.

In his spare time, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching Little League, as well as playing golf, and automobile racing.

James Bridges – COO

James graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems. He started his career in consulting, developing custom software solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Sony, Toyota, Northrop Grumman, and more.

After several years in consulting he took the leap into the world of real estate and, in 2004, obtained his California Real Estate Broker’s License. He started and operated a residential real estate brokerage with his twin brother in Long Beach California. He leveraged the success in the residential real estate business to co-author three books and speak nationally and internationally on the subject of marketing and finance practices for real estate professionals and real estate developers.

He transitioned from speaking and writing and took his talents to the corporate world in 2012. He worked in a management role at a NASDAQ 1000 company, J2 Global, for several years followed by his role as Vice President at Farmers & Merchants Bank, where he developed strategies for and managed the online marketing operations team.

In 2020, James was recruited by Marc Jannone for the role of Chief Operating Officer focusing on the company’s daily operations while providing critical guidance in underwriting and business modeling efficiencies.
