Jannone Development recognized the opportunity to be a part of the transformation of Venice real estate in the luxury residential real estate market.  We purchased a small bungalow (~1,000 sq ft) and developed plans to transform it into a stunning 3,500 sq ft home that would stand out as unique among the other new luxury homes and yet still meet the needs of today’s buyers. Embracing the ever changing demands of today’s home buyer in Venice this property was developed with concepts that not only included the features buyers expect in this market (i.e. open floor plan, premium appliances, imported materials, etc.) but also items that are in high-demand yet hard to find such as a large basement to be used as at home office and an entertainers BBQ area incorporated into the rooftop deck.

This project is expected to be delivered in Q1 of 2021 in the $3.2-$3.3M price range, about $300 psf less than the Venice median which should allow it to sell prior to the completion date.
