Each project by Jannone Development will create a new and larger floor plan; however, that increased square footage can take many different shapes depending on the location of the property. For some homes, that means an expansive single-level open floor plan, while for others, that means an innovative two-story home that provides new space while capitalizing on the desire for indoor/outdoor living.
