Designed to appeal to Malibu’s affluent population attracted to California’s coastal living, the Malibu project’s 6,500 square feet of Modern Farmhouse living redefined relaxation and luxury.  Prior to Jannone Development taking over the project the prior developer had invested 6 years in entitlements and permitting prior to falling ill.  Upon taking over the project Jannone Development enhanced the overall to include a larger staircase that capitalized on the open floor plan as well as a 2,000+ sq ft upper deck accessed by a spiral staircase to allow the owner to enjoy the nearly year round great weather. 

This project was completed in December 2018, where unfortunately just days later it was claimed by the Woolsey fire.
